APICORP operates in accordance with commercially sound banking principles. The shareholding countries appoint representatives to the Board of Directors from whom members are selected to constitute the Audit and Compliance Committee. Also, pursuant to the Corporation’s new strategy and management restructuring, the Board agreed on a structure, composition and functioning roles of new Corporate Committees.
